Did you know that a lot of the characters in Harry Potter are distantly related to each other? Harry Potter is a direct descendant of Ignotus Peverell, and Lord Voldemort is a direct descendant of Ignotus's brother, Cadmus. Sirius Black, Nymphadora Tonks and Draco Malfoy are all distant cousins. The novels actually mention that there are only 28 fully pure-blood families left in the wizarding world.

There are also a few characters who never actually graduated from Hogwarts due to the events of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows." Harry and Ron never attended any of their seventh years and never graduated, and despite this, Harry still became an Auror. Hermione Granger, however, returned to school for her seventh year and graduated alongside Luna Lovegood and Ginny Weasley.
