The fourth installment of the Harry Potter films, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, tells the tale of Harry participating in the Triwizard Tournament, even though he never wanted to. He's forced into the game by a mysterious presence in the castle, who's hiding in the shadows and manipulating the students and staff of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to ensure that Harry wins the competition.

Throughout the school year and the tournament, Harry is faced with three dangerous tasks, including a fight with a dragon and an hour-long swim in the lake. But apart from the dangers of the tournament, Harry also experiences some drama in his personal life, ranging from a months-long argument with Ron to a dance with one of the Patil twins. Take this quiz to find out just how much you know about Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire!

Fun Facts

Did you know that the scenes in the Great Lake were really filmed underwater? The actors had to film in a large tank that had a blue background, which was one of the biggest underwater sets in movie history. Divers were kept on staff to ensure that the actors had enough air. Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) spent over 40 minutes underwater himself!

A lot of information about the other two schools, Durmstrang and Beauxbatons, featured in the book wasn't included in the movie. Most noticeable was the gender of the students. It's made to look like Durmstrang only accepted male students and Beauxbatons only accepted females, but this wasn't the case in the novel. Another bit of information that wasn't mentioned in the movie was Madame Maxime's half-giant heritage, a trait she shares with Rubeus Hagrid.
